Limit on Debit Card Transaction

Irrespective of the tier limit specified in the CIP document, SMP shall not allow users to create transactions more than US$ 2,100 using debit card from the services. Any transaction created above this limit shall be canceled by Inyo. The SMP shall set up required validation in the service to this effect and provide necessary message to the user in this case.
