Discovery call

Here’s how we’ll initiate the process:

  2. Corporate Information: During or prior to this meeting, we’ll request some essential corporate information. This helps us tailor our approach to your specific needs. The critical details to gather include:

    • Primary Objective: What you aim to achieve with this project.

    • Management Background: Key details about the leadership team.

    • UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner): Information about the company’s ownership structure.

    • Business Address: Your complete corporate address.

    • Website/URL: Your company’s online presence.

    • State of Incorporation: Where your business is officially registered.

    • Licenses/Relevant Information: Any applicable business licenses or pertinent details.

    • NDA Signers: Details of the designated signatories for the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

By gathering this information early, we ensure we’re aligned with your vision and can seamlessly move forward to the next steps.
